Dear Business Owner,

An advertising web site encompassing all of Surry County’s businesses and surrounding areas is being developed by Video Works of North Carolina, Inc. The purpose of the web-site is to advertise any category of legitimate business throughout the Surry County area.

Thirty second commercial spots will be offered to businesses for the following rates:

Initial start-up: $400.00 (includes commercial shoot in studio or on location, still- photography, Video, editing and link to businesses’ web-site. One change per contract year allowed)

Maintenance Fees:
Monthly: $15.00
Quarterly: $50.00
Annually: $120.00

Modification/Change Fees:
Will be quoted by editor.

If the perspective client of Video Works of North Carolina, Inc has a commercial previously recorded by an outside entity, Video Works of North Carolina, Inc. can use the commercial with an additional $50.00 conversion fee. Business will have the responsibility of requesting a release of copyright from the entity that produced the commercial. If the client has a previous commercial produced by Video Works of North Carolina, Inc., no additional conversion fee will be necessary.

Video Works of North Carolina, Inc. reserves the right to final approval of commercial content.
